Why this approach
I spent 24 years in enterprise technology, starting in consumer sales at Intel and moving into complex solution sales across Singapore, London, Munich, Moscow and Silicon Valley.
Then I received a separation offer. It felt like unemployment: a word that crosses out your achievements, skills and connections. My husband reframed it as freedom to re-wire, re-build and re-invent. I built a portfolio career by design, and I created Unscript IKIGAI® out of the exploration that shifted my own direction.
So I coach from the inside of the transition, not from a template. I am currently working towards ICF ACC certification, and I would rather you judge the work on the method and the outcomes below than on a credential.

Do I need to know what I want to do next?
No. Most people arrive knowing that something needs to change, not what. The four sessions are designed to move you from that point to a direction you can explain, a credible next-step story, and a 90-day plan.
What is included in the four-session package?
Four 60-minute sessions on Google Meet at a weekly cadence, your Unscript IKIGAI® analysis, a written summary of the work, a 90-day plan, and curated links and resources matched to your situation.
What is the difference between the fit call and the package?
The fit call is a free 15-minute conversation to check that coaching is the right next step and answer your questions. The package is the paid four-session programme. You can book either; you do not have to do the call first.
What is the rescheduling and refund policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. If your goals are fully addressed before all sessions are used, a pro-rated refund is issued for unused sessions, minus Stripe transaction fees. Refunds are not available for completed sessions. Full details are in the terms.
Is this therapy or job placement?
No. Coaching is not clinical mental-health support and it is not a recruitment or job-placement service. It is practical, structured work on a decision that is yours to make.
