Acceptance

By accessing infinisphere.tech or purchasing coaching or consulting services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use this site or services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site - including text, case studies, the Unscript IKIGAI® methodology, frameworks, and design - is the property of InfiniSphere Consulting PTE LTD. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

Coaching Services

How it works

First step: A no-obligation 30-minute alignment call via Google Meet to understand your specific situation, current challenges, and desired outcomes. We'll check if my approach is the right fit.

If we decide to move forward: A minimum package of 4 sessions (60 minutes each), typically one per week. Format: Google Meet, with optional follow-up resources or light homework between sessions. Investment: SGD 250 per session, paid in advance via Stripe.

Payment

All coaching sessions must be paid in advance via Stripe before sessions commence. By completing the Stripe checkout, you confirm your acceptance of the package and these terms. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) inclusive of applicable taxes.

Refund & Early Termination Policy

If we mutually agree during the package that your goals have been fully addressed and further sessions are no longer needed, I will issue a pro-rated refund for any unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining sessions and processed minus Stripe transaction fees (typically 2.9% + SGD 0.50 per transaction).

Refunds are not available for completed sessions. All requests must be made in writing to contact@infinisphere.tech.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as a completed session unless cancelled due to exceptional circumstances, at Natalia's discretion.

Consulting Services (AI / Digital Transformation / LinkedIn)

Service

Each consulting booking covers a single 60-minute session via Google Meet focused on AI adoption, digital transformation strategy, or LinkedIn personal branding. Natalia Poliakova will confirm the session time by email after payment is received.

Payment

Sessions are priced at SGD 250 per session and must be paid in advance via Stripe. By completing the Stripe checkout, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) inclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund minus Stripe transaction fees (typically 2.9% + SGD 0.50 per transaction). Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Refunds are not available for completed sessions. All requests must be made in writing to contact@infinisphere.tech.

Confidentiality

All coaching and consulting sessions are fully confidential. Natalia Poliakova adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics and applicable data protection requirements, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Session content will not be shared with third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

InfiniSphere Consulting PTE LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from coaching or consulting services. Engagements are collaborative; outcomes depend on the commitment and effort of both parties. No specific results are guaranteed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
