For organisations · Asia market entry

Fractional commercial leadership for technology companies entering or growing in Asia.

Asia market-entry context, commercial strategy and local execution - without the cost of a full-time regional leader.

Who this is for

Founders and leadership teams of technology companies who need senior go-to-market direction, ecosystem access and practical execution in Asia, and who don’t need a full-time VP Sales yet.

I started in sales at Intel and spent 20+ years selling complex solutions (FPGAs, HPC, hardware and software security) across Singapore, London, Munich, Moscow and Silicon Valley, working with Intel Capital portfolio companies and technology and ESG startups. Fractional expertise that adapts to your growth stage is what founders keep needing.

Questions

Do you provide legal or regulatory advice?

No. The work is commercial: market-entry context, go-to-market strategy, ecosystem introductions and sales leadership. Legal and regulatory questions need specialist counsel, and I will say so when they come up.

How much time does a fractional engagement take?

A fractional retainer typically runs 10 to 20 hours a week on a monthly basis. Go-to-market projects run 4 to 8 weeks. Advisory engagements are quarterly.
